This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through Irovea at https://irovea.com. Please contact us at tdstdx627@gmail.com before returning any item.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, undamaged, in resalable condition, and returned with its original packaging, tags, accessories, and proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety, hygiene, or product-specific reasons, we may not accept returns for used items, opened personal-use or hygiene-sensitive products, customized or made-to-order products, gift cards, downloadable or digital products, clearance or final-sale items, items damaged after delivery, or items returned after the return window has expired.

Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive the wrong item, a damaged item, or a defective item, contact us as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos of the item and packaging. If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or other appropriate solution.

How to Request a Return

Refunds

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to request a return and place a new order after the return is approved. Exchanges depend on product availability.
