These Terms of Sale apply to purchases made from Irovea at https://irovea.com. They supplement our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.

Orders

When you place an order, you agree that all information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. We may accept, decline, cancel, or limit orders for reasons including inventory issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, payment problems, or violation of our policies.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise shown at checkout. Taxes, shipping charges, and fees may be added at checkout. Payment must be authorized and completed before we process the order.

Product Information

We work to present products accurately, but minor variations in color, packaging, sizing, measurements, or appearance may occur. Product availability and pricing may change without notice.

Shipping, Risk, and Delivery

Shipping options and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout where available. Risk of loss may pass to you when the order is delivered to the shipping address or otherwise as required by applicable law. Please see our Shipping Policy for more details.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Some items may be non-returnable because of hygiene, safety, customization, final-sale status, or product-specific restrictions.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms of Sale limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection laws.
