This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through Irovea at https://irovea.com are processed and delivered.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing may take longer during holidays, promotional periods, inventory reviews, address verification, fraud checks, or for customized or pre-order products.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to destinations that are available at checkout. Available countries and regions may change based on carrier coverage, legal restrictions, sanctions, logistics conditions, product restrictions, and Shopify or payment provider settings.

Shipping Costs and Methods

Shipping methods, delivery estimates, and shipping costs are shown at checkout when available. Costs may vary by destination, order value, package weight, selected shipping method, promotions, and carrier rates.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates and do not guarantee arrival by a specific date. Delays may occur because of customs clearance, carrier disruptions, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, remote destinations, or events outside our control.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we will provide tracking information by email or through your order status page. Tracking updates may take time to appear after a package is handed to the carrier.

Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, loss, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. If an order is returned because of an address issue, we may deduct non-refundable shipping, return, or handling costs from any refund where permitted by law.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility unless they are collected at checkout or otherwise stated.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed, marked delivered but not received, or appears lost, contact us at tdstdx627@gmail.com. We may ask you to check the shipping address, contact the carrier, or provide additional information. Resolution options depend on carrier findings and order circumstances.

Shipping Restrictions

We may refuse or cancel orders that cannot be shipped legally or safely, including orders to restricted destinations, orders involving prohibited items, or orders affected by sanctions, trade restrictions, carrier limitations, or product-specific rules. If we cancel an order before shipment, we will issue an appropriate refund.
