XS is best for very small hands and narrow nail beds. S fits many standard nail beds and is a good first choice for most people. M works better for wider or flatter nail beds. To measure, use a soft tape or paper strip across the widest part of each natural nail. If you are between two sizes, size up for easier filing and adjustment. Manual measurement may vary by 1-2mm.
