Custom order questions

What should I include in my request?

Reference images or a saved design, colors, shape and length, how many sets, the sizes you need, your shipping country and the date you need them by.

How long does a custom order take?

It depends on the design and quantity. We confirm production time in your quote; shipping to the U.S. usually takes another 8–16 business days after dispatch.

Can I see a sample before a bulk order?

Yes. For bulk orders we can make a sample set for your approval before production.

When do I pay?

Only after you approve your quote. Sending a request is free and doesn't commit you to anything.
