Shipping
Is shipping free?
Yes — shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.
How long will my order take?
Each set is handmade and prepared in 3–5 business days. Delivery to the United States usually takes another 8–16 business days, so plan on about 2–3 weeks in total. Ordering for a wedding, party or holiday? Order 3–4 weeks ahead.
Where do orders ship from?
Sets are made by our partner nail artists and ship from their workshop in China with tracking.
Will I pay customs duties?
For U.S. addresses, import duties are paid by us. For other countries, local duties or taxes may apply — see our Shipping Policy.
How do I track my order?
We email your tracking number when your order ships. Tracking can take a few business days to update.
Sizing & fit
How do I choose my size?
Measure the widest part of each natural nail in millimeters and compare with the size chart on the product page (XS, S, M, L). If you are between sizes, choose the larger size and gently file the sides.
What do the lengths mean?
Each product lists its available shapes and lengths in millimeters and inches. Lengths are reference measurements and may vary slightly by size.
Wearing your nails
How do I apply them?
Buff and clean your natural nails, make sure they are fully dry, pick the right size for each finger, then follow the instructions for your adhesive and press firmly from base to tip.
Can I reuse them?
Often, yes — whether a set can be worn again depends on the adhesive you use and the condition of the nails after removal. Always follow your adhesive's removal directions and never pull or force nails off.
How long do they last?
Wear time varies with nail prep, adhesive choice and daily activity.
Orders & returns
Do you offer bundle savings?
Yes — mix and match any designs: save 10% when you buy 2 sets and 15% when you buy 3 or more. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.
Can I return my nails?
Unused sets in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened or worn sets can't be returned. If your set arrives damaged or wrong, email us with photos and we'll make it right. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
